Tania Critchlow

Born and raised in Mililani, Oahu, Tania Critchlow is a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a strong background in psychology and addiction counseling. In 2001, Tania earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and completed her CSAC and ICDAC certifications. She went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University in 2005.

Tania brings extensive experience across multiple roles, having worked as a school-based counselor, probation officer, intensive in-home therapist, and case manager. She has also served as a clinical supervisor for the Hawaii Drug Court Program and other school-based initiatives.

Her therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based methods, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. Tania’s expertise lies in supporting adolescents and addressing substance abuse issues.

Outside of her professional life, Tania enjoys weightlifting and cherishes time with her family and animals.
