We offer a full range of therapy services including Individual, Couples, Family, Adolescent, and Child Therapy. Each session is tailored to your needs—whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, communication challenges, or simply looking to grow emotionally.

We also offer video-based telehealth sessions for clients across the state.
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicaid, and TRICARE. Simply upload a photo of your insurance card through our secure intake system. An admissions counselor will walk you through the verification and billing process

Before your first session, you’ll receive a link to our client portal where you can complete all required intake forms. You’ll also get a 24-hour appointment reminder. Your first visit is a chance for us to get to know you and set goals together.
Yes. We offer a sliding scale based on financial need. We also accept multiple payment methods including credit cards, ACH transfer, Venmo, and PayPal. If you’re using out-of-network insurance, we can assist with reimbursement claims.
